As a creative embedded within Novant Health's 300+ person People & Culture (HR) department and the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, it was my responsibility to act as everything from creative director to video producer in the creation and implementation of tightly-executed, employee- and recruitment-focused activations which lived within, but stretched, the overall corporate brand identity.
